What is your return policy?

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that custom prints, earrings, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do Whitney members receive a discount?

Yes! Whitney Museum members receive a 10% discount on most items. To apply your discount online, please sign in with the email address associated with your membership before checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Are the items sold online the same as in the physical museum shop?
