The Whitney Museum Shop accepts returns of unused, non-perishable merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All proceeds support the Museum's exhibitions and educational programming.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging; please note that final sale items, such as pierced earrings and custom prints, are non-returnable.
Contact Support
Email the Whitney Shop customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item with the original packing slip included and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, excluding original shipping fees, within 7 to 10 business days.
